Tax & credit
Return preparation, and credit work that gets explained before it starts, not after.
What I do
- I prepare your return and sign it as a paid preparer under my IRS PTIN. If my signature is on it, I stand behind it.
- On credit, I dispute only information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable.
- You get your rights under federal credit law in writing before you sign anything.
What I cannot do
- I cannot remove accurate, timely negative information. Nobody can. Anyone who promises that is lying to you.
- I do not promise a number of points. No honest preparer can know that in advance.
- I am not a US CPA and I do not represent anyone before the IRS in an audit.
What to bring
- ID and Social Security number or ITIN
- W-2s, 1099s, and any income forms
- Last year's return if you have it
Shall we start?
Call me or send a WhatsApp. On the first call I will tell you whether this is something I can do, or whether you need an attorney.
Call +1 (321) 499-7185Questions I get every day
Can you remove the negative items from my credit report?
Only if the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. No person or company can remove negative information that is accurate and within the legal reporting period. Anyone who promises that is lying to you, and there is no honest way to guarantee you a number of points either.
Are you a CPA?
No. I hold a Venezuelan public accounting degree, which is not the same as being a US-licensed Certified Public Accountant. I prepare and sign returns as a paid preparer under my IRS PTIN, but I do not represent anyone before the IRS in audits.
