What is the Annual Report and what happens if I miss it?
It is the filing every Florida LLC and corporation must submit to Sunbiz each year to stay active. If it lapses, the state charges a penalty and, if it remains unfiled, administratively dissolves the company. Reinstating it afterward costs more than filing on time would have.
