About me

I learned this system doing my own paperwork.

I was born in Cabimas, Zulia State, Venezuela, on July 11, 1982. I studied public accounting, took a postgraduate diploma in higher-education teaching, and before that trained as a business administration technician and as a paramedic. None of that was accidental: I kept ending up in work where somebody needed something sorted out.

In 2021 I decided to emigrate to the United States. It was a stretch of new challenges, of relearning everything, and of finding out that here one badly filled form costs you months.

I did my own paperwork first. Then my family's. Then that of people in the neighborhood who showed up with the same frightened look I had. At some point it stopped being a favor and became a business.

I am 44, a mother of two and a grandmother of one, and I run an office in Kissimmee. I work by one simple rule: if something is not mine to do, I say so, even when that means you take your money somewhere else.

Call me or send a WhatsApp. On the first call I will tell you whether this is something I can do, or whether you need an attorney.
